friend of mine | sacramento portrait photographer

I was so excited when an old friend of mine contacted me and said she wanted to get some portraits done. I was even more excited when she said that she wanted to head to Old Sacramento and explore the area–my kind of photography session! I had such a great afternoon with {A} despite the 105 degree heat (in the middle of May mind you!). What a wonderful time reminiscing with an old friend and capturing these gorgeous images of her. Seriously, I cannot get over her eyes–aren’t they stunning? {A} and I have known each other for 23 years and our friendship is so important to me. It’s one of those where no matter how much time goes by, you can always pick right back up where you left off.I just loved these stairs with the bright yellow stripes. It’s funny how as a photographer you tend to view even things like the pavement differently.
