Earlier this week I photographed the most beautiful and fun family. I ventured out to the country to meet little {B} who was just shy of two weeks old. I tell you, photographing newborns never gets old for me. I just love it. I love that they all fight sleep in the beginning but always eventually give in. Baby {B} was much easier than most to get into that wonderful, deep sleep and as a result we were able to get some amazing images. I could have taken his picture for hours (which we came pretty close to) but we wanted to be sure to get some images of big brother and sister before we ran out of daylight.
I love that Mom called me out on these next poses by joking, “Oh, now you’re just getting greedy.” It’s so true! With an adorable baby that cozy, warm, and sleepy I just had to try. And he and Mom were such great sports!
I had to get this post up tonight in time for Halloween because these costume cuties are so festive. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cuter wizard…
or found a more adorable Nemo…
And after our dress up part of the session we headed outside (in the crazy wind) to get some traditional images. {Z} was cracking me up–he had me chasing him all over the yard.
And {S} is so beautiful. I just can’t decide between the serious side…
or the silly side.
I think they are both equally adorable. Mom and Dad–thank you so much for welcoming me into your home to photograph your family. I just had to get these online in time for you to view on Halloween. I’ll be in touch when your full gallery is up–in the meantime, enjoy!

And here is little {B}. I photographed her
And here are her grandparents, parents, and aunt and uncle.
And because these two girls are just so adorable I wanted to include one more. I just love their outfits–perfect for the holidays if anyone is looking for ideas for upcoming sessions.
{M} family–thank you so much for choosing me to spend the afternoon photographing your family. I can’t wait to show you the full gallery soon–I have so many more great family pictures for you!
But a sleeping baby is always irresistible, so I couldn’t resist adding these next two images to the sneak peek.
Mom and Dad–thank you so much for choosing me to capture these first images of baby {I}. She is perfect in every way. I’ll have many more images in your gallery soon, but in the meantime…enjoy!
