too many to choose.

This was definitely one of those sessions where I raced home to the computer to download the images and start marking my favorites. The problem was, there were too many! Little {W} just doesn’t take a bad picture! I love six month olds–they are usually sitting up but not mobile, which makes my job much easier. And they are starting to show their adorable personalities and quirks which makes my job so much fun! It’s a win-win situation all around.

This first image is probably one of my favorites that I’ve captured (although I think that I say that about at least one image from every shoot!)  I just love the look of wonder on his face and those huge blue eyes. I sure have had a string of clients lately with gorgeous blues! Lucky me!

web11web42I thought it really couldn’t get much cuter than those adorable plaid overalls until Mom pulled out this hawaiian shirt. Oh my goodness–I didn’t even know that they came that small. I knew that we needed to capture this in the tall green grasses and {W} had no problem with that. Seriously, such a cooperative little guy!web32And I really, really could not resist putting together this little sequence. These faces are so precious and give you a glimpse into how much fun I had with {W}. He was a crack up and such a happy baby.
web21I was even able to grab a few images of Mom and Dad. It’s not hard to see where {W} gets his good looks from–what a beautiful family!web5So this is definitely more than a sneak peek but I really just couldn’t narrow it down. Mom and Dad–many more images to come by the end of the week in your online gallery. Thanks again for driving out to our location–I had a great afternoon with you!

Natalie Gebhart - These are so great Megan – we love every one of them and can’t wait to see the rest. We also had a good time and are in the process of washing all the toys I accidentally threw in the river :) Thanks again and we’ll be in touch about the invitations.

Megan Squires Photography » friend of a friend | sacramento family photographer - [...] That’s what I would have said about this family back when I took little {W’s} six month pictures. But after spending another session with them I definitely consider them friends. And what fun they [...]
