Yesterday I photographed the most precious little sixteen day old girl. When I got there she was sound asleep and ready for her newborn session. But after several images and a few poses she decided she didn’t want to sleep through all the fun. While we tried for nearly three hours to get her back into that snuggly, deep slumber, she wasn’t having it. To be honest, I think that some of her awake pictures have become my new favorite newborn images. I just love the eye contact, the interactions and her adorable expressions in them. 
I just can’t get over this next image. Her little tiny hands, her precious perfect mouth, and those gorgeous, wide awake eyes.
But a sleeping baby is always irresistible, so I couldn’t resist adding these next two images to the sneak peek.
Mom and Dad–thank you so much for choosing me to capture these first images of baby {I}. She is perfect in every way. I’ll have many more images in your gallery soon, but in the meantime…enjoy!
